A Lifetime of Service and a Mission to Give Back
Born into a working-class family that valued hard work and integrity, Rick learned early that real leadership means showing up, taking responsibility, and helping others succeed. That lesson guided him through every chapter of his life.
In 1980, Rick joined the U.S. Army. Over the next two decades, he served as a Lieutenant Colonel and Master Army Aviator, flying surveillance missions along the Iron Curtain and later serving as the U.S. Military Liaison to Mexico, working out of the embassy to end the war on drugs. His final mission focused on international cooperation and public safety. Experiences that deepened his commitment to diplomacy, teamwork, and trust.

“I came up through service. I believe in going toward challenges, not away from them.” – Rick Crosson

From Service to Solutions
After retiring from the military, Rick brought his leadership home to Wisconsin. He spent nearly 20 years in the logistics and transportation industry; first at Schneider National in Green Bay, and later running a Wisconsin-based trucking company.
As an operations leader, he focused on what he’s always done best: building teams, solving problems, and delivering results.
Rick’s success in business wasn’t about titles or profits. It was about people – mentoring employees, creating good jobs, and ensuring Wisconsin families could build stable, secure lives.
Community First
Service didn’t stop when Rick left the Army. It simply shifted closer to home.
He’s served on the Green Bay Area Board of Education, where he helped guide tough decisions on school funding, boundaries, and a successful local referendum. He’s also given his time to the Greater Green Bay YMCA Board, the Brown County Library Board, and the UW–Stevens Point Business Advisory Council.
Each role reflects Rick’s belief that communities thrive when everyone has a voice, and that local leadership is where real change begins.

Family and Future
Rick is a proud father of three and grandfather of eight. He has built his life around family, faith, and the belief that every generation deserves a better future than the last.
As an operations leader, he focused on what he’s always done best: building teams, solving problems, and delivering results.
That’s what drives Rick to keep serving; ensuring that every child in Wisconsin grows up in a country that values fairness, opportunity, and democracy.
Why He’s Running
Rick believes America needs leaders who serve people, not themselves.
He stands for service over corruption, leadership over chaos, integrity over lies, and accountability over deflection, unlike Donald Trump and Tony Weid.
It’s time to restore honesty, trust, and responsibility in government, and Rick is ready to lead that change and deliver results for you and your family.
“My future is my mission. I’m the one who defines it.” — Rick Crosson
